As the founder and Master Artist of Prescott Permanent Cosmetics, Kelly’s journey began in the beauty industry of Los Angeles over 20 years ago, with exposure to LA’s finest hair and makeup stylists in the business.
She then moved on to become licensed and multi-certified by some of the highest respected instructors in the permanent makeup industry. Exposure in the celebrity circles built up her knowledge, and she continues to strive for advancement of the artistry through deliberate and precise work.
In addition to being Prescott’s most experienced and trained practitioner, Kelly has established a training program that allows students (trainees) the instruction and support they will need to grow into true artists. “Training by Kelly '' was founded in order to empower others to become confident permanent make-up artists. Like any other form of art, this craft requires proper resources and a solid instructional base to create a sustainable practice. Kelly’s knowledge and innovation was designed to help students amass an educational foundation for a higher standard of care.
